Are you ready for an easy, fresh, delicious, chunky salsa to go with well... anything?
Ingredients:
- 1 fresh mango, diced {Go HERE for How To Cut A Mango tutorial}
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
- 1-2 Tb. olive oil
- 1-2 Tb. lemon juice
- salt
- chili powder
Directions:
- Place first 4 ingredients in bowl.
- Drizzle with oil and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and chili powder to taste.
Told you it was easy.
You can put this on anything or everything.
It's also yummy to just eat straight out of the bowl!
