Siesta Chicken

No, I didn't misprint, I meant siesta and not fiesta, because you can just put this chicken in the crock pot and take a little nap.  I do.

Ingredients:
  • 2 large chicken breasts, frozen is OK
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1TB cumin
  • 1 TB chili powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
  1. Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook for at least 4 hours.
  2. Use 2 forks to pull chicken apart and shred.

Serve with your favorite mexican sides.  The picture shows the chicken in tacos but the other night we also topped red leaf lettuce with the chicken and a mango salsa and it was delish!  Enjoy the meal and take a siesta!
